 Official Contest Rules

Overview
 These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern the Falls, Food & Fun Giveaway contest (“Contest”) hosted on Instagram from Tuesday, April 22, 2025, through Tuesday, May 6, 2025 (“Contest Period”). The Contest is organized by MGE Niagara Entertainment Inc., operator of Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara (“Sponsor(s)”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

No purchase is necessary to participate or win.

👤 Eligibility
 You may enter if you meet all of the following:

  • Legal resident of Canada or the United States (Florida excluded);

  • 19 years of age or older at the time of entry;

  • Active Instagram account;

  • Momentum rewards program member (free to join) to claim the prize.

The following individuals are not eligible:

  • Anyone in a self-exclusion program covering Fallsview or Casino Niagara;

  • Individuals restricted by court order or the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO);

  • Employees, officers, contractors, or agents of the Sponsor, affiliated marketing agencies, or anyone in the same household;

  • Union staff or executives representing Site employees;

  • Employees of registered suppliers maintaining gaming equipment at the Sites;

  • Registered gaming assistants or OLG/AGCO employees restricted by law.

Sponsors may disqualify any entrant who violates these Rules.

📅 Contest Period & Prize Draw

  • Start: Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. ET

  • End: Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET

  • Prize Draw: Wednesday, May 7, 2025, around 1:00 p.m. ET

  • Location: Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort

📲 How to Enter
 During the Contest Period, participants must:

  1. Follow the Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort Instagram account @fallsviewcasino;

  2. Like the official contest post;

  3. Tag another valid Instagram user in the comments.

Entry Details:

  • 1 entry for following;

  • 1 entry for liking the post;

  • Up to 100 entries for tagging users (1 per tag).

Maximum: 102 entries per person. Extra entries will not be counted.

🏆 Winner Selection & Prize Claim

  • One (1) winner (“Selected Entrant”) will be chosen randomly from eligible entries.

  • To claim the prize, the Selected Entrant must, within 10 business days:

    • Be a Momentum member in good standing (or sign up for free);

    • Correctly answer a time-limited, unaided math skill-testing question;

    • Sign a Declaration and Release confirming eligibility and accepting the prize;

    • Provide valid government-issued ID and proof of entry.

Failure to complete any step results in disqualification, and a backup winner may be selected. Only one alternate draw will occur.
 Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

 Collected personal data is used solely to administer the Contest, verify identity, and award the prize.
 Information is managed in accordance with:

  • Fallsview Privacy Policy

  • OLG Privacy Policy

  • Odds of winning depend on total eligible entries;

  • Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries;

  • Instagram is not liable for any aspect of this Contest;

  • Entries obtained through automated means or violating Rules are void;

  • Momentum card is for personal use and governed by Momentum Terms & Conditions;

  • Sponsors may suspend, modify, or cancel the Contest at any time;

  • All times local to Niagara Falls, Ontario; values in CAD;

  • By entering, you agree to abide by these Rules and all Sponsor decisions.
